2. Information we receive

When you submit an inquiry, we may receive your name, company, country, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in and the information you include in your message. The form may also attach basic source information such as campaign parameters, referring page and the page on which the form was submitted.

3. Why we use inquiry data

We use the information to review your request, respond to you, clarify your requirements, prepare service information or a quotation and, where requested, take steps toward a service engagement. This processing is connected to responding to your request and, where relevant, taking pre-contractual steps at your request.

4. Specialist partners

Some services — including legal, immigration, property, trademark or other specialist matters — may require an appropriately qualified partner. We do not automatically send every inquiry to partners. Information is shared only where relevant to the requested service and after the appropriate scope has been identified.

5. Service providers

The website is hosted on Netlify. Contact-form submissions may be processed and stored through Netlify Forms. Business email will be handled through the selected email provider. Analytics or advertising platforms are activated only according to the cookie choices described below.

6. Analytics and marketing technologies

Essential website functions operate without optional analytics or marketing tags. If you accept Analytics, Google Analytics 4 may be used to understand website traffic and lead-generation performance. If you accept Marketing, configured campaign tools such as Google Ads, Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag may be activated for campaign measurement and retargeting.

7. Retention

Inquiry data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the commercial request, follow up the opportunity and meet applicable legal, accounting or contractual requirements.

The website uses HTTPS and security controls appropriate to a static business website. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect inquiry data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
