Prices and quotations

Prices shown for company formation and registered-office services are starting prices and are stated plus VAT. ONRC registration fees are included in the €750 company-formation service; share capital is separate. Translation, apostille/legalisation, notarial or other third-party costs may apply where required. The final price and scope are confirmed before engagement.

Timelines

Any stated registration or processing time is indicative. Public-authority processing times, document availability, translation, certification and client response times may affect the final timeline.

Partner-delivered services

Certain legal, immigration, property, trademark, branding or other specialist services may be delivered through appropriately qualified external partners. Depending on the service and project, a partner may contract and invoice the client directly. The applicable scope and commercial conditions are confirmed before work starts.

Market Entry Support

Market analysis, distributor or importer identification, retail access and commercial representation services are project-based. No commercial result, listing, distribution agreement or sales level is guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Final agreement

Where there is any difference between general website information and an accepted commercial proposal or signed agreement, the accepted proposal or agreement prevails.
